Qing Li, Chief Scientist at Blue Coat Systems, Discusses IPv6 Implementation Challenges for Government Agencies

Recently we ran a post about IPv6 and Blue Coat’s Chief Scientist Qing Li, who is a true expert on the secure transition from IPv4 to IPv6 at the user, applications and services level.   Qing has authored several books on programming and IPv6 and works closely with Blue Coat customers to aid in this transition.

We were fortunate enough to spend some time with Qing who provides insights into why IPv6 is important, as well as the challenges that government agencies are facing in the transition to IPv6.
